Handel's Messiah Inspired Advent Calendar

With only two colors and two fonts, Sweet Mercy Design created an advent calendar which is classic, enduring and serene. 

These 25 sturdy cards feature engaging designs on the front and a snippet of the story of how Handel's Messiah came to be on the back. Each square card is 4.25". 

The inspiration for this project came from listening to Katrine Sorenson's Handel's Messiah Advent Calendar Podcast. This podcast tells the beautiful story of the making of this timeless oratorio. Check out the stories at SorensonStories.com.

Each calendar comes with a slotted wood plinth for holding the cards. Note that the plinth can hold up to 6 cards at a time. In addition, each calendar comes in a recycled/recyclable clear box, perfect for merchandising or gift giving.
